The work of our practice is generated through an investigation of how people want to live, work and learn.

The test of our work is whether it results in people being inspired, fully realised and happy. To make design that accomplishes this, the practice has focused on building a team with shared values, respect and affection for each other.

Our team has developed a common understanding of the necessity of sustainability. Together, we are searching for ways to positively impact the environment through our workplace decision-making. This thinking informs our design approach, too.

Kennedy Nolan learns and works on the land of the Wurundjeri People.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians as the first place makers on this land.

Construction Progress of Melbourne Place Hotel • Melbourne has a new hotel in the fashion, dining and entertainment centre of the Eastern CBD. This hotel is called Melbourne Place, named afer the Victorian-era laneway which wraps around three sides of the Russell Street building. The new city building is an intriguing amalgam of the familiar and handsome brick and masonry edifices of Melbourne’s much-loved heritage heyday and the visual freshness and creative vigour of contemporary Melbourne design. • Builder: @adco_constructions Photography: @derek_swalwell
